Many of us are familiar with Beyonce's legendary thighs from her popular music videos like "Single Ladies," but could this sky-high slit and thigh reveal be an emerging trend?

Jolie's thigh was the focus of a number of jokes across the internet after she struck her pose at the Oscars, and though Beyonce's slit was just as high and her leg just as exposed, she didn't make the pose look so – well, posed. Perhaps this is because the "Countdown" superstar has been rocking the sky-high slit for ages – harkening back to her Destiny's Child days.
