It seems like some glamorous actress, singer or other celebrity is popping out a baby every other day. Beyonce famously dropped 60 pounds for her Memorial Day concert series in Atlantic City after giving birth to baby Blue Ivy in January. Now, many are watching to see if Jessica Simpson will shed the 70 pounds she reportedly put on while pregnant with daughter Maxwell Drew, who was born May 1.

Of course, it helps to be getting paid to lose the weight. Simpson has a $4 million deal with Weight Watchers, through which she will promote the weight loss program while dropping the baby weight, Us Weekly reports.

"Celebrities work hard and they put the time in, because their career depends on it," Lisa DeFazio, a nutritionist in Los Angeles, told Health Magazine.

It is important for non-famous women to remember that celebrities have the money and time to hire personal trainers and nutritionists to help them with their weight loss process. Still, there are certain tricks celebs use that might help you drop baby weight, too!

•   Breastfeeding. Beyonce credits breastfeeding for much of her baby weight loss. This method does not work for all women, but making breast milk burns calories and can help you drop pounds as long as you are eating a well-balanced diet, according to BabyCenter.com.

•   Whole foods. While many celebrities opt for crash diets or other unhealthy methods, the success stories are usually a result of a healthy diet of whole foods – fruits, vegetables, protein and nothing packaged, Us Weekly reports.

•   Exercise throughout the pregnancy. It can be hard to get back into an active lifestyle once you stop, and this is even more true when you have a baby to care for. That is why staying active throughout pregnancy is key to weight loss afterward. Many celebrities credit yoga practices throughout pregnancy with their ability to drop the pounds fast.
